Your NPF lending manager will come to see you at your convenience. After helping you find the right loan your lending manager will guide you through the specifics, such as:
The loan process will be explained to you and when you are ready, your lending manager will help you complete the application form and collect the required supporting documentation. The application is then submitted to your chosen lender and assessed. Your NPF lending manager will ring you with the outcome. At each stage you will be informed of everything that is happening. And we are naturally eager to answer any queries you may have. The end of the first part of the journey occurs when your loan settles. The second part of the journey is the special after-service care we provide to you. |
